Style Guidelines for Presentation of Papers: Uniform styling and formatting insures readability and adds a level of professionalism and identity. By far the best format available for the internet is PDF. It provides a reading clarity not possible with other methods and for this reason, has been adopted as the standard on GSJ. The Adobe PDF program is widely used. Some word processors, such as Wordperfect and Open Office provide automatic conversion. Free programs for converting to PDF from many source programs (MSWord, HTML, etc) are available for download from the internet. PDF papers are preferred, but must conform to the style guidelines: Papers may be forwarded as Open Office or MSWord documents for conversion to PDF by GSJ if minor editing is required.
